Barwon Area Integrated Family Violence Committee is pleased to announce the appointment of Independent Chair Max Broadley.
With more than twenty years of experience in the community sector, Max Broadley has worked in roles from practitioner and manager to executive. This includes delivering an extensive range of community services including youth and adult AoD, homelessness, family services, out-of-home care, youth justice, youth mental health, disability, early years, community health, and international and community development.
Max Broadley brings a thorough knowledge of the local service system in Barwon and is well-connected with both government and non-government stakeholders. He has a special interest in developing services for the community’s most vulnerable — in partnership with funders, academic institutions, service users, service providers, and the broader community.
In addition, Max Broadley is keen to introduce service models which prevent the burden of disease or enable early intervention. As a strategic thinker, his system leadership skills will be of great value to BAIFVC.
